Cwim is also known as the Mother of Monsters.
IIRC She is written up in Elder Secrets of Glorantha, and in Mongoose RQ at the back of the Monsters book

Can't help you with Cwim. Yara Aranis's cult appears in ILH2, which at least should give you some idea of the kinds of magics you'd be expecting from an avatar.
