I perceive a particularly virulent form of skepticism in your words in this case.

Unfortunately, if you asked me to name a number that is closer to three than to twelve, I could say: "Seven!", so the clarification is not so reassuring.

And, trying to be back on topic, I agree that there is no need to introduce a new level of devotion. Just making it more difficult to create grimoires should be enough.
