IMO the development of Carmanian theology into a dualist faith was a development over time and went something like:

  1. Syranthir's army settles in Pelanda.
  2. Carmanos proves Irensavel is Idovanus.
  3. Using similar reasoning, Spolite philosophers prove that Irensavel is also GanEstoro.
  4. After decades of strife, Alijiyah proves that Idovanus and GanEstoro are equal but separate.
