According to the Rokari, Zzabur was celibate, and therefore so are wizards. They may not be the only people that believe this of course, although they are by far the largest sect to do so.

No; most wizards are not members of the clergy in the strict sense - that is, they are kind of employed by the Church, but not as pastors. Monks would be a better analogy, although not a perfect one.

Yes; the Rokari warrior caste includes some foot soldiers. Who are the poorer, less prestigious, subdivision of the caste, of course.
