Western peasants of course have their own local traditions, which often involve placating demons and spirits and other improper things. They also have access to those who can read their holy books. Sometimes these local traditions are minor and barely tolerated (like in the heartland of Rokarism), in other places these traditions are actually theist or spirit cults that rival Malkionism (like in Jonatela).
But even many Rokari liturgists (still looking for a better word) have their lucky charms or their blessings of the Erasanchula. Just like many Orlanthi priests have their Kolating charms or know magic songs.
