I've always considered Uleria to be the Primal source of not just Love, but also *Desire*.

 In many creation myths, Desire is considered to be the spark that fueled creation. The Greeks acknowledged the primeval force "Eros" as representing this, and the Hindu's have a famous verse from the Rg Veda about the Desire's role in creation.

So yes, Fertility is in a way a different power than Desire. Fertility requires a universe of names and forms into which more things can be made, while Desire is more ancient.

Just my take on things.
