The Glorantha Box from Avalon Hill (1988), Genertela Book declares a few blank lands:

Fronela - Retrint
Kralorela - Zon Am, an island
Lunar Provinces - Balazar (although there's obviously an RQ2 book about it).
Lunar Provinces - Garsting
Ralios - Lalia

There was also meant to be a Pameltela Book in the box which was cut. It declared a few blank lands as well:

Fonrit - Zalasfan (a large city)
Umathela - Sulayz

I don't know if any have been since developed.
