The current draft of the Coming Storm covers the Woods of the Dead (borrowing liberally from what Simon and Martin wrote for their freeform "The Wolf that Came in From the Cold"). The ghouls there are definitely products of their origin ( Brangbane's actions and Sartar's subsequent curse).
