I'm reading it now (was at the Con) -- it's GREAT :-)
Plus : No matter how much secret unpublished Heortling material you've ever had access to, the book is STILL going to very often be sparkling fresh and new for you (well, unless you're Jeff or someone) :)
I haven't read all of the Unfinished Works, but this one is clearly comparable in quality and playable usefulness to the Missing Lands one.
Favourite weird & obscure new entity (so far) : Serenha, page 32, Orlanth's big sister and Umath's (apparent) first-born child :)
