Normally, when something says "a $XX value", it is being sold for less than XX, giving the impression (correctly or not) that you are getting a deal by *only* paying $YY.

So if the Boxed RQ2 was $20 (as the RQC states), and says it is a "$26 Value" then you're getting $6 worth of stuff "free".
