/// Yes she does - it must be fascinating to use it in a sophisticated lunar campaign where such distinctions are socially possible. Anywhere else, no way ! Malkioni, kralori, the hsunchen, the traditional theists - all loathe chaos. So I use alternatives, such as Trickster powers (a must for entertainers or thieves) or Death powers (for fighters), or Tapping powers (for sorcerers). Or -even worse - Moon powers.

And I'd like to add there is no "good" chaos. The Goddess teaches us that Chaos is the Source from which everything sprang. It is the contact between Chaos and our structured world that leads to "evil" (meaning "dangerous") things. When chaos is properly channeled, harnessed it becomes Entropy and is a very powerful tool to make the world a better place. But it has dangers, terrible dangers.

So Sedenya tell us of the difference between "useful" (channeled) chaos and "destructive" (wild) chaos...

And the Bull teaches that "ANY CHAOS IS ALL CHAOS". Kill, stomp, grunt.
