This sounds pretty good -- I don't think brochs have yet appeared in my Orlanthi gaming, so that would suggest Fronela to me.
East Ralios uses round houses (in my Glorantha -- check my web site for more on East Ralios), like Celtic Britain. Dragon Pass uses Viking longhouses.
