I think the passage Nick was referring to is in the Lhankor Mhy write-up in Cults of Prax, but it is under the costings for evaluating 'treasure'. Another example of paying for others to cast spells on you in Cults of Prax is the tariff for having healing spells cast on you in the Seven Mothers write-up -- though this is only available to other Lunar cultists iirc

Whilst strictly speaking it is a donation rather than a price, there used to be some (probably unofficial) conventions about how much it was reasonable to give to a Chalana Arroy temple in exchange for various levels of healing too. Wasn't it something like half your worldly goods plus 10% of your income over the next year in order to give proper recompense for resurrection?
Finally I don't think most people usually pay cash for magic (or anything else) in Glorantha. Bartering goods or services will usually be the order of the day-- and significant services (or exotic goods) will probably be needed in exchange for advanced magic.

I don't have books to hand, but I do remember there being, somewhere, some details on exactly what it would got for the New Pavis Knowledge temple to tell you exactly what you'd brought out of the Rubble.
