I myself am currently tinkering with a d20 RQ rulesystem using the excellent e6 (As it would seem D&D Next is currently leaning to) Currently going thru splat book Tome of Magic: Shadow Magic as the (Arkati) Sorcery system for the Uz.
Wis is POW which can be used to cast additional D&D spells eg 2mp for a 2nd level spell) + POW used as per your standard RQ3'ish magic systems. POW can still be sacrificed as per RQ3.
Magic Systems D&D: Divine, Arcane; RQ: Folk, Spirit, Divine, Spirit Combat (RQ3).
West uses the two former, with community magic adding metamagic feats. Civilised Lunar/Maniria use all leaning on D&D Divine & RQ Divine. Barbarian, Nomad & Primitives use the latter. Still working on RQ6 Shamanism/animism.
