I don't believe there is an official ruling on this anywhere, but IMG uz (even uzuz) males usually only have two nipples. They just don't have the right kind of fertility magic to be blessed with more.

I'm not at all certain that even most uzko females have six functional breasts, though I don't imagine that those who are not so blessed will be keen to admit it publicly. I suspect clothing and (prosth/cosm)etics are commonly used to overcome any such lack in situations where it might become apparent.

Uzuz females of course "always" have six, but good luck verifying that assertion without being eaten or sacrificed, even if you are another uz.
