The Irin School in Under the Red Moon. Not all that great IMO as its militant antichaotic ethos conflicts with the Lunar Way and there's very little effort made to explore the contradiction. As it is, it's rather bland. It could be developed into something fantastic but there's the sense of "why make the effort?"
