I used Ralzakark as King of the Broos and as an avatar of Gbaji in my campaign, but we did not really touch on the Hero Wars. My current campaign has just roared into the Hero Wars, but is set in Prax, which is quite far from Dorastor.
From David's answer, it seems as though Ralzakark is planning on using the Blood Sun to become Emperor, possibly during the Monster Empire, as the Red Emperor should be dead by then. Don't forget that the Blood Sun and Black Sun are well known to the Pelorians - the Red Emperor used Basko, the Black Sun, on a HeroQuest to oppose Sheng Seleris' nephews when they tried to become Emperor. Ralzakark would just be using the Pelorian powers he inherited as part of Nysalor's/Gbaji's court.
After all, Ralzakark may be King of the Broos in Dorastor, but he was pretty high up in Gbaji's Court and is also a Pelorian. Assuming that he is just another broo is a big, big mistake.
