I'd say "visiting" rather than "wandering". We know there are X number of godtalkers in our tribe, and they're likely to drop by Y times a year on their travels.

Additionally, everyone knows where the annual rituals are held (within or close by our tribe's lands), and who's likely to turn up to them. But it's more likely that folk from our stead will be travelling a day or more's journey to attend those rituals, rather than expecting a specialist to come to us.
