Sorry. Archaic term. COD-low, well watered ground esp near a river. Basicly wet paddocks.
Essentials to date as I see them (please remake)
A stead of 40 adults
80 warm bodies comprising 15 ea working adults M&F, 20 ea sex kids, 5 ea sex elders. None over 60 (going by Nick's figures)
2 x Godar O&E.....O&E Shrine......ST shrine or Shrine (got to find a better distinction)
Weaponthane/s ? sharing the main hearth at this size I'd think
Fyrd max _at_ 20 probably less
2 x specialists (even with food the specialist is the Barntari who does nothing else etc)
Loom House (birthing hut?) attached to E Shrine?
Sweat Lodge/mortuary/smoke house
Hill for doing blokey things naked in the rain
Outhouses min of 3 (1 per 30 bodies or part thereof) probably more.
Cows, passel of.......Uralda shrine/idol....Byres? or do they over-winter in the main buildings (they're a good heat source)
Sheep, passel x 2 or 3.....Heler/Voriof shrine/idol....Fold/s
Pigs....Entra shrine/idol....Stye/s
Horses? is this stead big enough?...Realda shrine/idol...Stalls/Stable
Wild Produce....Odayla/Yinkin, Poverri, Overdruva maybe a 'wild' shrine collecting all these idols.
grain crops...Esrola shrine/idol.....seperate silos for ea type therfore min 3.
Bees.....God?Minlister?.... Hives - #'s?
Specialty...... Work House/Produce store/Warehouse depending on speciality. Currently we look like needing to store honey & wax or dried fish with associated drying, smoking or salting facilities (stiklepick?)
Poultry... Daffy/Foghorn shrine/idol...Poultry Boxes
Chief's Hall or Feasting Hall. Largest Bloodline lodge?
2x Bloodline Lodges and sub-bloodline hearths within.

This is just my summary of what's been mooted thus far.
Questions I feel need answering with some urgency are:
4)What buildings/sites are within the pallisade? The butchering area may well be banished frex.
Less immediately:
What wild produce is available locally?
What daimons or spirits are local?
As many folk have noted what we produce will determine the Gods we worship & the size & importance of their shrines/idols/reliquaries.
I can't find the post (I think it was Peter's) in which the numbers & mechanics for adding specialisations were mooted. The one where the basic food surplus module was replaced with the specialisation.
Is it worth making a resource plug-in template? Something on the lines of:
Resource---God---shrine/idol/holy site---local Daimon/spirit---associated buildings/sites
Mostly for our own working purposes the finished product being more narrative.
