I might have a Hydra Inquiry in order to establish if there really were Hydras of Mass Destruction or not, and whether they really were deployable in one phase after the sacrifice of a few units.
Also, "born of chaos"? Isn't there an old earth hymn about the world being born of chaos? "Born of chaos but not of chaos" is how a propagandist might put it.
