I am unhappy with the idea that Sheng ever made such a sophisticated and
GL like decision to "import" religions. The activities of the GL were
fairly spectacular, why should we believe that a horse nomad, albeit
a powerful Hero Quester, would engineer such social change.
If we are not careful it will be Sheng the Social Engineer, not
Sheng the Ravening Nomad Lord. Now maybe the Social Engineer is more
scary but it isn't really in genre, now is it?
