I would agree that I dislike Peter M's comments re Dendara. I feel that he is supported by the literature, but that it is less interesting.

I like to see the mechanical similarities in GoG as the accidents/symptoms of reading what is obviously a GL tome.

Therefore maybe Dendara is the same, maybe she is not, maybe some syncretism happened under Sheng, but not transpalnting. The Earth Daughter/Mother/Crone archetype is too universal for us to need to see a transplantation route.

Glorantha is a primarily Earth based culture with an overlay of patriarchal gods. Dendara/Ernalda/Esrola/Peloria/Dorastor/Ty Kora Tek/Asrelia/Gorgorma will be extant evrywhere, but different.
