In the suburban Boston area, I am currently running a campaign set in Imther (big surprise) (or to be more exact on the edge of Imther as the PC's start to colonize the Elf Sea). Various pieces of my campaign have gone as far east as Gonn Orta's Castle (via Balazar) and as far west as Jillaro (via the Daughter's Road).
