They probably got dropped. The digest is of junk priority so if there's difficulty delivering it then it gets dumped. I noticed that all the Compuserve addresses bounced over the weekend, and that would have been the right time for digests 38 and 39. You can send email to majordomo_at_hops.wharton.upenn.edu with "get glorantha-digest v01.n038" to get digest number 38, and something similar to get number 39.
