Dart Warrior uniforms are used on offense... noncombatants get the hell out of the way. The point of the distinctive uniforms is to warn the uninvolved to get out of the way. Bells and bright colors... bright colors stand out in Carmania, Olorin, and Doblian.
When a Dart Warrior in uniform assassinates a Warrior or Head of a rival House with whom a Dart War is registered, the Dart Warrior is not charged with murder.
