I am forwarding this message from Jeff Richard to the Glorantha list. If you want to comment to Jeff directly, you can reach him at Jeff.Richard_at_metrokc.gov.

Whew! I've just finished reading through the archived dailies going back to April. Has anybody ever noticed that the same irreconcilable philosophical discussions seem to be endlessly repeated at various intervals? Not that there's anything wrong with that, of course.

I have a couple of campaign related questions:

  1. My fine party of troublesome raider-merchants from the highlands of the Kingdom of the Colymar have been convinced by their Vingan Volsaxi associate that King Broyan is a smashing chap who might actually appreciate the group's fervant anti-Lunar activities so much that he might let them swear loyalty to his household and serve as retainers. The year is early 1617, the Pharoah has disappeared and all hell is breaking loose in Heortland.

Has anybody done any work on the first campaign of Sir Richard the Tigerhearted (1617-1618) or related subjects in Heortland? I recall Joerg being quite the expert on that subject (and indeed on many subjects of

interest). My e-mail address is: j.richard_at_kcmetro.gov

2. I recall reading that "Sam" was writing a Guide to Sartar. Does that exist now and could anybody send me a copy?

3. I know that there are other RQ groups here in the Emerald City (aka Grungetown USA, home of the Dome of Doom) of Seattle, so why don't we compile a brief list of Washingtonian Digest Users, swap notes and have a latte. To answer the RQ Trivia Question, I am a dedicated (*ahem*) public servant working for the King County Council as a legislative analyst (just wait until my P-C's have to deal with real Lunar bureaucrats, I've already tormented the Issaries worshipper to tears with contradicting trade regulations!). Other members of our gaming group including a marketing director for a local software company (no, not for our version of the Red Emperor and his MicroSquish Empire), an administrative aide to the King County Prosecuting Attorney and a couple of overeducated slackers.
