Thanks for the help on my questions.

On the 4% figure, i calculated the number of Yelmites from that figure as follows:
17338 souls*.5(~50% are men)*.04(yelmites)= 347 Yelmites

If the lunar figures are counting children also then that figure would half. But its just a factor of two, and if i were in physics, i could get a Nobel prize!
