Something that I neglected to mention last night is that the info I gave
on the Guidebooks is good for North America.
David Hall will be selling copies in the UK, and MOB will be selling them
Down Under. I don't believe their shipments of books have arrived yet, but
as soon as they do, I'm sure they'll make announcements.
