Sandy remarks that 'Gloranthans need faith, just like RW theists'.

But I would say that the RW theist needs faith that his god is there. The Gloranthan needs faith that his god is doing a good job. (And isn't going to get raped by the Red Goddess, corrupted by chaos or Illumination, ignore his faithful followers' prayers...)
