Since the only post to #201 about Humakti was mine, I assume you are referring to it. Where did I say that Sartarite Humakti were outlawed? If I said so, I apologize for that is NOT what I meant to imply! I don't think that being outside of the traditional Orlanthi clan structure is at all the same thing as being declared outlaw. It's just that, for Humakti, the laws are different. Their family and clan will not be subject to claims for weregeld due to deaths they cause, they are not attacked because the clan they once belonged to is in a blood feud, etc...
