I am not only going to agree with Sandy, but say that there is very strong evidence to support mounted Humakti. To wit, Ride is a qualifying skill for Sword of Humakt. This almost certainly means (in the abscence of any other horse connections) that Ride is considered a primary combat skill to many Humakti. Mounted Humakti are definately encouraged.
And no one knows this better than my Pavisite Zebra riding Humakti PC, who has mastered 5 of the 6 necessary qualifying skills, but simply cannot seem to get involved in enough mounted combats to push up his Ride. You would think that being in the middle of Prax, mounted combats were easy.... but too many adventures seem to be GDHITGFC (Going Down Holes In The Ground, Fighting Chaos).
