Actually, there is at least one major religion which stems from pre-Hrestol Malkionism, namely the Sedalpists. They've been somewhat altered since the Dawn, what with contact with the God-Learners and serious distortion and eccentricization occuring during the Closing, but they didn't ever get Hrestol's revelation, except third- or fourth-hand from the God Learners centuries after the fact. The Sedalpists have evolved a long way from the root Malkionism, but so would any other pre-Hrestolists who'd survived. Their doctrine still has plenty of real old twists to it. For what it's worth, their root catechism differs from other Malkioni.
Also the folk of God Forgot are essentially pre-Hrestoli who gave up on the whole Malkioni schtick and just went for straight agnosticism.
The Oranor family of mystics may or may not be Malkioni. They sure as hell are pre-Hrestoli, if so. They've probably given up on Malkioni customs, too, though.
