In answer to Richard Crawley, the Red Moon is visible anywhere within
the Glowline; that's what the line represents! Generally speaking;
Peloria, Dara Happa, Carmania, northern to middle Dragon Pass (Aggar
and Tarsh are boundry areas). The Glowline does not reach Sartar,
Dorastor, Erigia (?), the Redlands or Balazar.
