Hsunchen =?= Nephilim? History =/= Myth (again...)

Nils on the transformations of those beastly boys:

>E.g. a tiger hsunchen's head transformation depends on his Cruel, his
>limb transformation on Energetic and the body transformation on Valorous
>or something like that?

Sounds a good deal like the Metamorphosis rules in CotA, except of course these changes aren't permanent.

The "nature of myth" thread never will die, will it? ;-)

For what it's worth, I sympathize with the poster who didn't want to see Glorantha become a playground for various half-baked RW theories about myth/history/philosophy/sociology/whatever. (paraphrasing polemically here, oh damn, I'm going to get dragged into another argument, me and my big mouth...)
As I've said before (and someone else said again recently), the difference between Earth history and Gloranthan history is that we can have god-like knowledge of the later - or in other words almost certain knowledge (not even gods know everything). This is a welcome relief from the ant-like knowledge we have of events here on Earth...
