Adrian suggests that GRoY and FS, because they are written in character, and are not very good proof of Gloranthan pre-historic events. They are not proof - (what is?), but they do provide an insight that is both similar and different from the Orlanthi perspective offered in KOS. Heck, KOS was supposedly compiled by an atheist scholar who blatantly sided with Argrath's people, several hundred years _after_ the hero wars.

There are, what, 20 million Pelorians, and maybe 10 million Orlanthi? Why assume one group is correct and the other is biased?

Adrian, read GROY and FS as soon as you can. Warning: wear a helmet - cause you'll soon be beating you head against a wall. But by the fourth or fifth time you'll be able to say "The Almighty Godfather Yelm, Emperor of the Universe, Protector of the World, Keeper and Source of All Justice" with the best of 'em.

Pam
