Oddly enough, the only change I saw in the mailing lists that might
explain why folks are getting some but not all digests was that I
changed the priority of the digest from junk to bulk mail. I wonder
if perhaps some of the intermediary hosts didn't understand that junk
is lower priority than bulk and started treating the mail shoddily
after they understood it was only lowly bulk mail, whereas before
they had gone "junk mail, what's that? sounds important!" or
something along those lines. So I have taken out all priority setting
from the aliases file, and left it to the list config files to
handle. Since they haven't changed, it should now work just like it
used to.
