Does anyone on the Digest know who wrote the short story "How Gabran No-Breeches discovered the intricacies of Storm Bull Psychology, and why the only good Broo is a Quick Bro"?

The story appeared in issue 3 of 'The Black Sun' (a british fanzine from october '83 or '84, free to every White Dwarf subscriber).

There was no credits for the story, but these five names were listed on the index page; Steve Williams, Rob Neville, Ian Marsh, Marc Gascoigne and Jerry Brown.

I'm trying to contact the author to get permission to print the story here on the Digest.
