In RQ2 days, everyone _could_ learn Disruption. In RQ3, it's a bit more limited, but you'd probably know that in your pantheon, Humakt and Odayla had it. You probably wouldn't know this if you were a Praxian.

Since Gloranthan spells are visible, it's likely that more powerful spells have bigger visual efects, so a Disruption might look like a one-point spell.

The RQ4 draft suggested a bunch of different names for spells, and I believe this must be so, even though I'm never going to use the terms in speech.

Rune levels probably would, or someone with a high Ceremony (which I take as general knowledge of magic).
