Illumination is not an intellectual or an emotional experience. It
is a spiritual one. Comparisons with Relativity or similar concepts
can be useful, but are not exactly analogies. "Figuring out"
Illumination questions takes you down the wrong road. "Feeling"
Illumination takes you down the wrong road. You have to experience
it in your soul, not your brain or your heart.
Those Digesters who have had spiritual experiences
(notoriously difficult to express verbally to those who have not
experienced that or a similar experience) will know what I mean.
