No, but it could be something you missed 'cause your GM refused to buy any new Gloranthan products, or do *anything* to support their continued publication, after RQ3 came out. RuneQuest Sight is mentioned in the (practically rules-free) first book of the (practically rules-free) World of Glorantha boxed set, which *any* serious Glorantha buff would give their eye-teeth to possess: if you *really* don't have it, you should rush out and buy it now! (Also Gods of Glorantha, Elder Secrets, and Wyrms Footprints: all rules-lite background pieces your twit of a GM may have ignored). But because I'm not certain you can find it in the shops any more, I'll briefly describe RuneQuest Sight here.

RuneQuest Sight was the secret power of the God Learners: it allowed them to see the world as an interaction of defined, impersonal powers and quantities. They could thus analyse beings, producing numeric descriptions of their strengths and weaknesses in a standard format, enabling them better to exploit them; essentially, they were able to see the "game mechanics" that underlie the world. But because they only treated things in "rules terms", they completely misunderstood Glorantha, missed vital facts, and were eventually rendered irrelevant and wrong when the rules of the world changed.

Other peoples, who had always looked at Glorantha itself and not at stacks of numbers, were largely untroubled by this change. They continued to live their lives as they had always done, in tune with the spirit of Glorantha, and indeed the Third Age (or Age of RQ3, some might say) remained a happy time for them, though 'tis true life was harder without the grandiose abuse of magic and divine power which the God Learners had indulged in. Not bound to crumbling books of ancient scripture, like the God Learners, the survivors could still experience the true joys of Gloranthan life. :-)
