I think Trollkin are more like neotenic trolls (their digestive system is closer to a Mistress Race Troll according to Trollpak). Neoteny does not preclude sexual reproduction as the axolotls (neotenous salamander larvae) are able to do so.

In fact I think the Uz are heading in the wrong direction to reverse the Trollkin Curse. They must deepen the Curse and the resulting offspring will be Mistress Race IMO.
