EX:
Thanks to everyone who said what "EX" was and is. It seems that if only I had a copy of Codex #1, I would have known! Could anyone out there provide a copy? AFAIK, the official sources are exhausted with no hope of renewal.

Darksense:
I was watching a wildlife programme about dolphins over the weekend which mentioned a couple of applications of dolphins' sonar. These could be easily applied to the Uz.

Mothers smack their children by forcing them to the sea floor, pressing her snout to the child's body and using it to channel high-intensity sound into the child, causing various organs to resonate. Apparently, this is not pleasant. Trolls scolding enlo? Wives scolding husbands?

The other application was using the same technique but at a lower intensity and directed against a mate's genitals. Apparently, this is very pleasant. Perhaps troll courtesans fetch high prices amongst the unbigoted?

Sky burial:
Yelmalion burial practices always seemed incongruous to me: the lost power of Fire is used to turn the body into hot Air (and smoke). Instead, I propose that Yelmalions bury their dead by placing them on platforms for various birds of prey to visit the body and carry it direct to the Sky. Apparently, many RW cultures use this method.

Any comments?

Neil.
