Onslaught: a question

OK. So Onslaught is supposed to be this bad-ass killer with a tendency to decapitate those he doesn't bore to death. (Sorry, Onslaught. To Death.)

It is generally acknowledged that his behaviour is not that expected of a Humakti. There have been references to him using a bastard sword rather than a broadsword and shattering of blades in his hands and suchlike.

So, the question is: does he still have access to Divine Magic? If so, why hasn't Humakt taken it away from him for staining the Honour of his God? If not, how can he stand up to real Humakti who come after him with Shield spells and Drop Dead, umm sorry, Sever Spirit spells and all that?

That's three questions. Sorry. But the main point is, what is the reaction of Humakt to someone who is going around giving him a bad name? I know some people play gods as less active than I do but surely the prayers of the orthodox Humakti are echoing around the halls of Death: "Mighty Lord, do something about that bugger Onslaught!"
