This is a slight error. The Lead Cross heroquest is banned in Sartar, NOT because of the threat of a killing frenzy, but because it is considered criminal in the highest order to kill a Healer there at all. There's not many CA healers in Sartar, and those that exist are precious. Most all Sartarite Humakti, having grown up in their culture, concur with this belief. Actually, for "Sartarite" you can insert "Orlanthi barbarian" pretty easily. There are few places where the Lightbringers are culturally dominant that the Lead Cross heroquest is fostered.
