Orlanthi and Praxians formed the Council side of the Battle, and they
contributed the other 4 beasts. I no longer remember totally, but I
suspect the horse was one of the other 4. I know bison-riders were
among the Praxians. I don't know which other 2 Praxian tribes were
represented.
