IMGG (In My gaming group), we call the bladesharp spell, "chainsaw", for obvious reasons. So there you go, mybe he IS using an axe.

I've always thought of dwarf rations as tasting like MREs (tlftpoo), only with less flavor (and I don't mean the deserts). Or maybe paste?

Of course their consistency would be more like pudding. Or, if you don't want to have to carry a spoon (or a straw?), it could be more like a can of Spam (TM).
