Rurik, Argrath & Gods, lentils
In the original cults of Prax, Rurik appears twice, page 51 & page 90,
in Biturian's tale -- first forcing Biturian into a role in a Yelmalio
contest and later saving him from a ZZ great troll. So maybe he was
sent back after all?
The reference to Argrath and the destruction of the Gods is on pp. 232-33
of KOS under "Argrath and the Devil." Argrath's trickster betrays the
Gods, and Argrath kills Wakboth while he is lunching on them!
As to lentils, I am sure that vegetarians like it more than meat. Then again,
dwarves like their horrible food better than "normal" food too!
