In Glorantha, people can insinuate themselves into the mythos, becoming part of the original myths. Thus the Red Goddess became an accepted part of the Compromise. She did this at Castle Blue, where "The old gods were drawn into the conflict, mustered to dispel this eruption of chaos from the universe" (CoT).
