        I was under the impression that Mistress Race trolls are still born, just very rarely. Its supposed to be a rare event, but one that does happen. Possibly its difficult just because you have to get two extremely rare Mistress Race trolls (of appropriate sexes) together and get them to do the wild thing, probably with lots of fertility magic to make it work at all. Or possibly your Mistress Race troll needs to heroquest back to Wonderhome where some still fully fertile Uzuz live, and bonk one of them.

        But I think that the occasional uzuz is still born. Probably they are no longer born without magical intervantion, though.
