Save Korasting Heroquest

Hi All

I have thought of one problem with the Uzuz Heroquest to impose herself between Gbaji and Korasting thus taking the curse on herself. It is possible that the Uzuz would just reinforce the myth and also wind up totally cursed to produce trollkin. After all this is just like the ceremonial herouests to re-enact the Godtime activities of deities, but done on a higher plane! As these rituals are intended to reinforce the god's identity and powers I believe that this quest is fatally flawed as it will only serve to further reinforce the curse.

A better approach would be for a male Zorak Zoran (preferably not an Uzuz) to jump in there and take the curse. This would be especially useful if he was a Great Troll as he would have the added momentum of Crag Spider's quests to overcome the Curse. Obviously, this would mean that from then on *all* Great trolls would breed only trollkin, but *all* Dark Trolls would breed true.

Actually, due to mythic weight I believe that a great number of these quests would have to be performed and that the curse would only slowly lift. My guess is that it would only move by 1% (or less) per successful quest. Failures might well have a reverse effect. This may explain why the trolls have been unable to lift the curse as even when they are successful with the right method they only get a minimum (undetectable) gain.

Cheers
